How do we do it?
Our process involves manufacturing an efficient, natural, and environmentally friendly pellet by promoting the development of a technological system based on minimizing energy consumption at every stage. We use automated machinery to deliver high-quality products, manufactured through sustainable processes: We utilize screening machines, which reduce the load on sawmills and allow us to use other options with lower capacity and energy consumption.
- We have high-efficiency combustion furnaces, which use wood biomass as fuel.
- The sawdust drying system uses a trommel, a machine with gas recirculation and smoke filtration, which results in lower energy use and low emissions of pollutants due to the cleaning of emissions before they are released into the atmosphere.
- We use intermediate dry material storage silos, which prevent complications due to production imbalances during the different phases of production.
